Ayurveda is a part of the most valuable writings known as “Vedas” dating from about 1500 B.C. Ayurveda means “science of life”. Ayurveda eliminates the reason for the disease and restores the balance in our system. According to it we consist of three bodies: physical, astral and causative. Or a body, mind and soul translated by the western terms.
Their Ayurveda names are: Vata, Pitta and Kafa.
Health is in their harmony. The idea of holistic health comes from here, namely that human being and health are a unity of body, mind and soul. A doctor can add vitamins to the therapyof a patient by making it softer and not so toxic but still he does not take into consideration the spiritual condition and the way of life of the patient, and they always influence on the present act of the disease. If we have not coped with the upset balance the disease will appear againin one or another form.
The herbal products and recipes, recommended by Ayurveda, are selected among thousands of important spices, herbs, fruits and seeds and are thus combined that they provide the necessary balance according to the Vedic principles of life.
